Community Guidelines

BlastMeet is built on the belief that music is the most honest signal of who you are. Our community guidelines exist to protect that space — to keep BlastMeet a place where genuine connections happen through shared taste, not performance. These guidelines apply to all users across all three connection modes: Dating, Events, and Bandmates.

Your profile must represent you honestly: • Use real photos of yourself — not heavily filtered, not someone else • Your listed genres and artists should genuinely reflect your taste • Do not misrepresent your age, location, or identity • Do not create fake or duplicate accounts BlastMeet's matching algorithm is only as good as the honesty behind it. Fake profiles undermine everyone's experience.

Every person on BlastMeet deserves to be treated with dignity: • Do not harass, threaten, or intimidate other users • Do not send unsolicited explicit content • Do not demean, bully, or discriminate based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other characteristic • Respect when someone is not interested — do not continue contact after being told to stop • Do not share another user's personal information without their consent

Your safety and the safety of others is non-negotiable: • Do not use BlastMeet to solicit sex in exchange for money or other compensation • Do not use the app to recruit for cults, extremist groups, or harmful organizations • Do not share content that promotes violence, self-harm, or dangerous behavior • If you meet someone from BlastMeet in person, meet in a public place first • Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, report it

BlastMeet is for genuine personal connection: • Do not use the app for commercial advertising or promotion • Do not send automated or bulk messages • Do not promote other apps, websites, or services in your profile or messages • Do not solicit money, donations, or investments from other users

Profile photos and messages must stay within community standards: • No explicit nudity in profile photos (these are visible during discovery) • No graphic violence or disturbing imagery • No hate symbols or slurs • No content that sexualizes minors under any circumstance — this will result in immediate termination and reporting to authorities

Music compatibility is the foundation of BlastMeet. Attempting to game the system undermines the entire community: • Do not manipulate your streaming data to misrepresent your taste • Do not share streaming account access with others to inflate compatibility scores • Report profiles that appear to be using fake or inflated music data

Violations of these guidelines may result in: • A warning and content removal • Temporary suspension of your account • Permanent ban without refund of any remaining subscription period • Reporting to law enforcement for serious violations (including any content involving minors) BlastMeet LLC reserves the right to make these determinations at its sole discretion.

You can report anonymously — the reported user will never know who filed the report.
