Get Verified as a Venue

The VERIFIED VENUE badge tells music fans your posts come from the real venue — not an impersonator.

The short version

Subscribe to the Venue plan in the app, then email [email protected] from an email address at your venue's official website domain. We review by hand and grant the badge within 2–3 business days.

BlastMeet's Venue program is for independent venues only — small, locally-owned bars, clubs, and live-music rooms. Venues owned or operated by Live Nation (or similar large operators) are not eligible and will be declined during verification.

1. Subscribe to the Venue plan

In the BlastMeet app, subscribe to the Venue tier ($50/mo). This unlocks venue features right away — unlimited posts, top-of-feed placement, and your venue profile. The VERIFIED VENUE badge, however, is only granted after manual review.

2. Email us from your venue's official website domain

Send an email to [email protected] from an email address at your venue's official website domain. For example, if your venue's website is thebasementbar.com, email us from [email protected] (or info@, events@, etc.). This is the core of our verification — an email from your venue's own domain proves you represent the venue. Emails from gmail.com, yahoo.com, or other personal addresses cannot be used to verify a venue.

3. Include your venue details

In the email, include: • Venue name (exactly as it appears on your BlastMeet account) • The email address you signed up to BlastMeet with • Venue website URL • Street address • Instagram or other social handle (if you have one)

4. We review and confirm

Our team reviews every application by hand — typically within 2–3 business days. We check that the email domain matches your venue's official website and that the venue is independently owned. Once approved, the VERIFIED VENUE badge appears on your profile and all your event posts.

No website email?

Don't have a website with its own email domain? No problem — email us from any address and mention it. We'll verify you another way, such as a quick callback to the phone number on your Google Business Profile, or a code posted to your venue's official Instagram.
